Remote installation of a NACOS Marine S-Band radar

Themys recently supported the remote installation of a NACOS Marine S-Band radar on board Orange Marine's Le Léon Thévenin. We then configured the dual radar (X-Band and S-Band Platinum) on the various multifunction stations remotely from our support platform in Aubagne, nearly 10,000km from Captown. Built in 1983, the Léon Thévenin is a multi-purpose cable-laying vessel specialized in maintenance operations.

This operation, made possible by the mutual knowledge of our teams, the quality of NACOS Marine equipment and the radar/network expertise of Themys, enabled us to gain in speed and competitiveness, while reducing our carbon footprint.
