GNSS / DGNSS

One of the most critical component of a modern Integrated Bridge System is for sure the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and its differential version (DGNSS).

Themys integrates for more than 15 years Saab TransponderTech product line: R5 Navigation Sensor MkIII. These products are fully IMO type approved (Wheelmark)
The R5 MkIII is available both as GNSS or DGNSS. An add-on kit can also be supplied in order for the R5 MkIII to perform AIS functions.

In addition to the GNSS/DGNSS products, we supply NAV PRO products that allow centimetre accuracy via multi frequency operation and external correction services.
These can be integrated in standalone or as an add-on kit to a R5 MkIII DGNSS. Two kind of NAV PRO (and upgrades for DGNSS) are available:

• standard NAV PRO (includes atlas activation)
• NAV PRO RTK (includes atlas activation, multi frequency and RTK support)

For any of the above listed model, various types of antennas, mounting bracket and connectors are available.
